The selection procedure for the course
Due to the interactive nature of the studies particularly in the block modules, the number of students each semester is limited
We don't use the university entrance score “Numerus Clausus” (NC), instead there is a special selection procedure, which serves to clarify the requirements for successful study. The contents are currently a lecture on a specific subject and a discussion of a specialist literature article relevant to business psychology. From three months prior to the semester start (in March and September) onwards, 2-3 days for the selection event are scheduled. An earlier application leads to an earlier appointment for the selection event. Information on the exact contents is given to all applicants after the other requirements for admission have been met.
Please make use of the info events (see schedule) to obtain more detailed information. Furthermore, the following applies:

Any further questions, which cannot be answered here, we are happy to respond to your emails.
In any case, the admission requirements include: higher education entrance qualification or the advanced technical college certificate and completion of an internship
Prior internships
Depending on prior school education, the requirements for proof of practical experience differ. Prior to commencing studies, a 6-week basic internship in business or social work has to be done.
The total hours worked in both the internships have to equal the number of hours worked by a full-time employee in that company. If an intern only works part-time, the length of time spent in the internships has to be extended accordingly.
The following can be taken into consideration as counting towards some or all of the internship requirements, if they comply with our internship guidelines: relevant apprenticeships, relevant activities as part of senior high school, military service, community service, voluntary services abroad or a one-year formally supervised internship. Whether relevant apprenticeships or work experience is counted is decided by the board of examiners
The basic internship must be proven at the time of enrolment.
Completion of a further subject-specific internship must by proven by the end of the fourth semester.
