Projects

One distinguishing feature of the RFH offerings is the project involving transfer into practice. Here, the students, under the supervision of a lecturer, are given a real project dealing with a problem from a particular company for which they have to find solutions.

In Human Resource Management such a problem/task in a company is for example:

• Moderating a workshop
• Optimising the selection of apprentices
• Conducting a staff survey
• Preparation and carrying out of a training measure

In the area of market and media psychology:

• Participation in an empirical study
• Compilation of questionnaire tools
• Conducting field interviews
• Moderating a focus group
