The central idea

We don't perceive our offering as psychology plus business, but psychology in business. This means, that psychology is always geared towards applications within a business context

In comparison to classical studies of psychology, all subjects pertaining to clinical-therapeutic topics have been removed. Nevertheless, 50 % of subjects in this course derive from the field of psychology, with 25 % of subjects coming from business studies. These are complemented with labour law and business English.

Those who later wish to help others in companies support employees, teams and those in leadership positions should show that they, too, are able to develop themselves. For this reason, a large part of the studies takes place as full-day seminars, with intensive personal feedback on one's own appearance aimed at improving the impression made on others. You will be standing in front of the video-camera and work on yourself with other students and professional trainers.

Psychology is an empirical, experience-based science and in that respect differs from everyday psychology. The methodical education leads to a positively critical mindset, which will have a greater impact on the graduates than the individual subjects. This is covered by numerous methodological subjects like statistics, the practice of empirical social research, diagnostics and test development.
