Master of Business Administration (MBA)


The MBA of the UEL (University of East London Business School) and the RFH paves the way for an international management career, as well as being a prerequisite for future promotions.

Course Programmes

The MBA is designed to be undertaken concurrent with employment and is modelled on the English education system – professional practice determines the course contents. This post-graduate course is not offered by distance education.

To increase language proficiencies, the lectures are held in English.

The duration of the course is two years, i.e. 4 semesters. Three weeks a year are spent at the UEL in London; The lectures in Cologne take place in the evening on a weekday and on Saturdays. The studies involve 16 weeks of study per semester, i.e. 32 weeks of study a year.

Degree awarded

At the end of the studies, the UEL will award you the internationally and nationally recognised title “Master of Business Administration”.


Admission requirements

The minimum requirements for MBA studies are successful completion of an undergraduate degree at a university of applied sciences or a university as well as good knowledge of the English language. The course is open to students from most field of academic studies, e. g. business, engineering and law.

University of East London - East London Business School (UEL)

The UEL is a well known public university located in the east of London and in the city of London. The MBA programme of the East London Business School, in particular, is conducted in very different countries around the world. As partner university of FORD Europe, it has proven its education to be focused on practice and highly-qualified. A particular focus of the UEL lies in its offerings of courses which can be studied whilst engaged in employment.
